Shipping and Return

We use various couriers depending on the destination and, as a result, shipping times may vary. Caro Belli’s shipping time frames are 5-7 business days from purchase (extended time frames may apply during sales—Flash Sales, Black Friday and Anniversary Sale events). Shipping rate for domestic U.S. deliveries is a flat rate of $5 — no code required. Shipping rate for international deliveries is a flat rate of $30 — no code required. All packages are insured and shipped via USPS Mail.


Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses will ship with the same shipping rates/time frames outlined above. Shipping time frames may take longer due to location . You will receive an email once your order has shipped with your tracking number for each order, along with a tracking link.

** Business Days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders will not ship on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.**

Replacements of missing items will need to be reported ( within 7 days of delivery. The items will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your request. Please list your order # and item (photos). We will ONLY reship to the shipping address on file. If you desire a refund for missing item we will only supply a store credit in the amount minus any discounts used during sale events.


Here at Caro Belli our goal is to provide you with the best products to help attain healthy skin. We will always stand behind our brand, and we want to make sure you’re always satisfied. However, due to the nature of our business all sales are FINAL. We do, however, accommodate store credits and occasionally offer coupons in certain circumstances. All you have to do is contact us with your request within 20 days of your purchase. Only products purchased on may be considered for the above mentioned.


Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team will be working swiftly to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change addresses, price adjustments add sale codes or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please ensure all order details are verified prior to selecting the submission button.


Items purchased at one of our retail partners, either online or at a store, must be returned to the original retailer. Please reference their website or brick and mortar for their return policy.


When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show signs of wear, however, if damage occurred or a note was left by the carrier indicating damage that happened in transit to the items in your shipment, please contact United States Postal Service .
